Pet Ownership
Per section 7.C of the Claybourne Declarations of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, no animals shall be kept or maintained on any lot within Claybourne Estates except the usual household pets and in such cases, such household pets shall be kept reasonably confined so as to not become a nuisance. This includes noise nuisances. Additionally, it is the expectation of the Association that pet owners abide by the ordinances established by the City of Carmel regarding pets in recreational areas. This includes keeping animals on leashes and picking up animal droppings. Violations, including noise nuisances, should be reported to the Carmel Police Department at 317-752-2500. Mailbox Replacement
Section 6 of the Claybourne Declarations of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions states that owners of a lot within Claybourne Estates shall install or have cause to have installed a mailbox, which shall be in accordance with the design, type, and location of a mailbox approved by the Development Control Committee. The Development Control Committee may require, for the purpose of uniformity and appearance that the mailbox be purchased from a designated supplier.

Trash Receptacles
Section 7.F of the Claybourne Declarations of Covenants, Restrictions and Conditions states that any receptacle for ashes, trash, rubbish or garbage shall be so placed and kept as not to be visible from any street within Claybourne Estates at any time, except at the times when refuse collections are being made. Please minimize littering in the community by securing any loose trash in wind-proof receptacles when placing garbage on the curb for collection during periods of stormy weather. Vehicle Parking
Per section 7.D of the Claybourne Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, no campers, motor homes, semi-trucks, trailers, boats, or disabled or unlicensed vehicles shall be parked on any street or lot within Claybourne Estates. No boat or truck, one-ton or larger in size, shall be parked for overnight or longer storage on any lot within Claybourne Estates. The parking of any vehicle on any street within Claybourne Estates for more than two consecutive nights is not permitted. Motorized Recreational Vehicles Use on Common Areas
Please refrain from using gasoline-powered motorized recreational vehicles, including motorcycles, ATV’s, snowmobiles, scooters and mini-bikes on any of the paved paths or common areas within Claybourne Estates. These vehicles cause an unreasonable liability risk to the Claybourne Property Owners Association as well as causing damage to the common areas. Basketball Goals
Per section 7.L of the Claybourne Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, portable basketball goals shall not be left out of doors overnight. Permanently placed basketball goals are acceptable provided that appropriate approvals have been obtained prior to installation from the Development Control Committee per section 8 of the Claybourne Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. Temporary Structures and Mini-Barns
Per sections 7.H and 7.M of the Claybourne Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, no temporary structure of any kind shall be permitted on any lot within Claybourne Estates. Satellite Dishes
Per section 7.J of the Claybourne Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, satellite dishes will not be permitted to be installed on the front of the house or within fifteen feet of the front of the house. Please submit the appropriate forms to the Development Control Committee per section 8 of the Claybourne Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for approval prior to installation of satellite dishes.
