If your dues are paid your current key fob should work.  To receive a  key fob or ensure your current key fob is working, stop by the pool this Friday  from 6 to 8 pm or Saturday 10 to noon.  We expect to discover some problems so  please be patient during this process and we will sort it out.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Indianapolis Pool Management will be offering swim lessons again this year at our pool.  The instructors who taught last year at our pool will teach this year as well.</p>
<p>They will offer group lessons, semi-private, and private lessons.  group lessons are taught Monday through Thursday for the first week and Monday and Tuesday for the second consecutive week to allow for makeup days in case of bad weather.  Payment is due upon registration and can be made out to IPM.  Registration can be done at the pool with the lifeguards.  The teaching ratio is a maximum of 6-1.  For beginning swimmers they try to have a ratio of 4-1.  The smallest group they will do is 3 children.</p>
<p>Group Lessons:</p>
<ul>
<li>Each session is $55 per child.</li>
<li>Each session will last for six lessons.</li>
<li>Each lesson will have three swimmers or more.</li>
</ul>
<p>Semi-Private Lessons:</p>
<ul>
<li>Each lesson is $13 per child per ½ hour.</li>
<li>Parent chooses how many lessons are taught.</li>
<li>Each lesson will have two swimmers only.</li>
</ul>
<p>Private Lessons:</p>
<ul>
<li>Each lesson is $15 per half hour.</li>
<li>Parent chooses how many lessons are taught.</li>
<li>Each lesson will have one swimmer only.</li>
</ul>
<p>Group Lesson Schedule:</p>
<ol>
<li>June  7th  – 15th</li>
<li>June 21st  – 29th</li>
<li>July 5th – 13th</li>
<li>July 19th   – 27th</li>
</ol>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Claybourne Property Owners Association is currently seeking to fill all three Board of Directors’ positions.  Due to two current board members resigning early from their term, these two vacant positions will be appointed by the current board of directors before their resignation becomes effective on May 1<sup>st</sup>.  The first appointee will serve a one year term.  The second appointee will serve for two years.  Additionally, one member will be elected by the community through the election process to fill the expired position for a three year term.  Please review the<a href="/docs/Claybourne_Code_of_By_Laws.pdf"> Code of By-Laws</a> located on web site for descriptions and duties of directors.  The newly elected board of directors will decide amongst themselves which officer position they will fulfill.  Other positions such a secretary and treasurer will be appointed by the new board for one year.</p>
<p>All candidates must submit their name along with a brief summary to the nomination committee no later then 5 pm on April 9, 2010.  All candidates must be in good standing with the CPOA. Each candidate will be required to complete a <a href="http://claybourne.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/04/Candidate-Questionnaire.docx">Candidate Questionnaire</a> posted here for members to view.  The Board of Directors will appoint the two vacant positions by April 13<sup>th</sup>.  Ballots will be mailed on April 16<sup>th</sup> for the expired position and returned no later than April 29<sup>th</sup> at 5 pm.  The election results will be posted after April 30<sup>th</sup>.  The first board meeting will occur on or before May 10<sup>th</sup>.</p>
