Annual POA Meeting

The Claybourne POA Annual meeting will be Sunday, December 7th at 3 PM at the Carmel City Street Department Building on 131st Street.

Claybourne Fall Harvest Party

Please join us Saturday, November 1st from 5 pm to 7 pm.  There will be hayrides, games and hot dogs will be provided.  Please bring a side to share along with your own drinks and lawn chairs.  We will be in the comman area on Feehan Drive south of the woods.  We need volunteers for games and also need tables.  If you can help, please contact Susan (733-3434) or Jodi (733-1054). If you have any questions, please let us know.

Medians on Dolan Way

As requested by the Claybourne POA, the City of Carmel Street Department will be removing the medians along Dolan Way (with the exception of the one located at the entrance off of Shelborne).  The contractor hopes to have these removed by the end of the month.

Early Pool Closing

Dear Residents:

Due to a breach of contract by DJ’s Pool, we no longer have a pool management company nor life guards.  As a result the Claybourne Estates Pool will be closed effective Aug. 29th, 2008.  For Liability purposes we are required to have a life guard on duty for us to swim.  Please do not attempt to swim in the pool now that the pool is closed.

We apologize for the swimming season issues this year.  DJ’s has served to be difficult to work with and non-responsive to our many issues.

For the 2009 Season, CPOA will NOT be utilizing DJ’s Pools for any services as a result of past practice of their management.

Again on behalf of the Pool Committee and the CPOA Board, we apologize and ask for your continued understanding a patience as we move into the 2009 season with a new Pool Management company.

Sincerely,

CPOA President

Bryan Kelley
