Neighborhood Garage Sale

The neighborhood garage sale for this year will be June 10 & 11 from 8 am to 3 pm.  For more information, please contact info@claybourne.org.

2011 Changes

It has been an exciting first year serving as board members for our homeowners association.  We have had the opportunity to meet a lot of new neighbors and learn a lot about what it takes to keep things operating smoothly.  After much research and deliberation, in the best interest of the community, we have voted to hire Ardsley Property Management to oversee the neighborhood.  Management companies offer significant benefits that will allow us to better manage our vendors, architectural needs and finances.  The cost of a management company is less than one might expect, coming in under $4 per household per month.  The services provided should help us better maintain the property and provide a quick response to any homeowners needs.

Billing for the upcoming dues will be handled by Ardsley and you should be receiving correspondence in the mail after the first of the year.  Dues this year will be $725 annually and can be paid in a single payment or spread out over two payments.  This increase was necessary to ensure we have a balanced budget for the coming year.  Ardsley will be handling the collection of the dues and the first payment will still be due at the end of January.

Thank you

Street Lights

All Street lights were recently repaired. Unfortunately the front light to the east entrance was blown down from a storm. We are in the process of seeking a matching dome for the repair can be made.

Stop Sign

On Halloween night the “Stop” sign from the corner of Salamone Way and Teague Place  went missing. Please return it so that it can be reinstalled.

School Redistricting Update

There is a Map #3 that has been proposed and it is the same as Map #2. The Redistricting Committee hasn’t answered any of our questions or commented on any of our concerns & suggestions. We need to go further up the chain, to the school board, and keep the comments going to the PAC.
